Delivery Policy


General note: Due to scheduled and last-minute strike action by Parcel Force & Royal Mail, our dispatch time is taking longer than normal. Your patience is always greatly appreciated, and we hope you can understand that this is completely out of our control.

All Orders are dispatched on a 24/48 Hour Tracked service with either Parcel Force or Royal Mail.

We always aim to dispatch items within 3-5 working days, however we will dispatch your order sooner whenever possible.

Please note: Orders placed via pre-order - As these are custom made we do state to allow 7 - 10 days for your order to be made.

Delivery times are approximate, and all items are sent via Parcel Force or Royal Mail.

​All goods will be delivered to the address you specify in your order. If delivery is delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended, and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.

Orders placed after 3 pm will be dealt with the following working day, and orders placed on Friday after 3pm, Saturday and Sunday, will be dealt with on Monday.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, return it to us in its original packaging and in an unused condition within 14 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or refund once the 14 days have passed since your purchase.

Refund eligibility requires the following:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and also completely unused.
  • It must be in the original packaging, with no exception.

Parcels that have been undelivered due to incorrect details being supplied for delivery, missed, failed delivery or due to delivery rejection, then only the item/s cost will be refunded and not the delivery cost. This is to cover any postage cost incurred by us for sending out the item/s.

Please note all offers and discount codes are advertised at the companies discretion and are applicable at time of purchase. We will not backdate offers and discount codes in the event of a purchase being made and then a higher discount/offer being displayed after purchase.

Damaged items

Item/s that are received damaged will replaced providing you have contacted us within 24 hours. We cannot be held responsible after this time.  We will require you to send us a phot of the damaged item/items within 48 hours of you letting us know about the damaged item/s, so that we can claim damages from our couriers

Ex Display Items

These items are sold as seen and as such reflected in the price, And we will not refund once sold and signed for. Refunds will not be given on Sold as seen items.

Refunds

Once your returned item/s are received they will be inspected, and we will send you an email to notify you as to the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods. Please note that once we action the refund, it can then take between 7 and 10 working days (not including weekends or Bank Holidays) to go through, depending on which bank you use.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Discount Codes

Please note all offers and discount codes are advertised at the companies discretion and are applicable at time of purchase. We will not backdate offers and discount codes in the event of a purchase being made and then a higher discount/offer being displayed after purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All prices shown on our website are correct at the time of publication and are all in GBP, and include VAT.

We accept payment by Credit and Debit cards, Klarna.

We have done our best to describe our items correctly at the time of the items being listed on our website, and it is important that you read the descriptions thoroughly. All sizes are approximate.
